The property is set in its own grounds of 1.5 acres, complete with its own private swimming pool (not shared). The beautiful garden, with panoramic views over the valley, also has its very own fresh water spring, an array of trees (figs, plums, olives) and vines.
    

The accommodation consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is also a sofa bed situated in the lounge, bringing the sleeping capacity to a maximum of 5. The sitting room/dining room consists of two sofas, TV, open fireplace for the winter months and long oak table, seating 8. The French windows lead onto an attractive terrace and there is a shaded pergola at the front of the house, ideal for dining‘Al Fresco’. Leading from the dining area of the lounge is the rustic kitchen, consisting of gas oven, hob and fridge. There is one bathroom situated on the ground floor (bath, shower, bidet, WC,washbasin)and a shower room in the oak beamed basement of the house (shower, WC,washbasin). The washing machine is located in the basement, which also houses table football.

Casa Caprese is of course fully centrally heated for those staying during the winter months. The 4 x 9 metre swimming pool is situated at the side of the house,sunk into the hill, with superb views over the surrounding landscape.
